THE MIDNIGHT ZONE
The Midnight Zone does not get any sun, so it is very dark and the water is freezing. This zone begins at 3,300 feet deep and goes all the way down to 13,000 feet! There are not very many sea animals that live in this zone. Some of the animals that you can find here are crabs, sea cucumbers, shrimp, and viperfish. Since there is no sunlight, there are no plants that can grow in the Midnight Zone.
